Fast Hole EDM

Fast Hole  EDM offers many benefits over conventional drilling. This process allows for drilling to be done on curved, spherical, or angled surfaces. Fast Hole EDM is also used to drill materials that are too hard to be drilled with conventional methods. Another benefit offered by this process is the ablility to drill deep, straight holes that cannot be obtained by other drilling methods. The last major benefit to Fast Hole EDM is the finish quality: parts that have been drilled with this method do not have burrs, therefore eliminating secondary processes.
