Training and Experience Requirements
Specific Job Functions
Daily-sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums hallways and office space.
Daily-clean counters and tables.
Daily-cleans and maintains all kitchens in the facility including refrigerators, microwaves, and vending machines.
Daily-cleans and maintains all bathrooms in the facility including toilets, sinks, floors, mirrors, trash, and replenishing toilet paper, soap, etc..
Daily-empties and cleans trash and garbage containers.
Weekly- dusts baseboards, file cabinets, offices, and other furniture
Weekly-washes windows and cleans window ledges.
Weekly-picks up trash outside of building and sweeps parking lot.
Weekly-sweeps and disposes of debris from sidewalk.
Wash walls and door jams as needed.
Notifies management concerning need for repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.
Collects all recycling as needed.
Other manual labor and landscaping tasks as assigned by supervisor.
