This is the entry-level position that will manage all front desk duties (greeting visitors, answering phones, assisting applicants) as well as performs miscellaneous administrative duties and assists the management team as needed.
Training and Experience Requirements
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Specific Job Functions
Answers phone politely, forwards calls, pages, and takes accurate messages.
Maintains front desk: greet visitors, accepts deliveries, assist applicants
Retrieve and disperse mail daily
Maintain office supply inventory
Maintain supply levels in kitchen
Assist with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, HR
Other projects as needed
