Receptionist/Admin Summary

 This is the entry-level position that will manage all front desk duties (greeting visitors, answering phones, assisting applicants) as well as performs miscellaneous administrative duties and assists the management team as needed.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Specific Job Functions

  • Answers phone politely, forwards calls, pages, and takes accurate messages.

  • Maintains front desk: greet visitors, accepts deliveries, assist applicants

  • Retrieve and disperse mail daily

  • Maintain office supply inventory

  • Maintain supply levels in kitchen

  • Assist with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, HR

  • Scanning

  • Other projects as needed
